Chase Sucks!

Hello All,

BAD BUSINESS RATING(10 - OUT OF 10) - Chase is the perfect example of these big comapnies who dont give a damn about their customers. I can go through numerous examples of how they screwed me.....Here are they:

1 - they first had cash back on their reward points ,but then they stopped it and they said they could only give me gift cards.

2 - Even after I closed this account, 3 months later they sent me a statement with $29....I called them bitching about this. then they finally agreed to take the charge off my card.

This is just sample, but overall its just been terrible dealing with them.
